Weight-loss giant Medifast, Inc. has released two new apps to the Android Market today, Medifast Mobile and Task Shape for Life Mobile. Medifast’s clinically proven 5 & 1 Plan has been recommended by more than 20,000 doctors since 1980 to help users lose weight and keep their weight under control.
Both applications provide the following features:
- Helps you track when meals should be eaten and helps you stay on-Plan
- Keeps you focused on program details that are crucial to reaching your goals
- Gives users daily meal reminders, helpful tips, and inspirational messages that help ensure your success while on the 5 & 1 Plan
- Works with any Medifast weight-loss program
