SFTP Gateway is a cross-cloud SFTP server that reads and writes data directly to cloud storage locations, like Alibaba Cloud OSS, Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, or Google Cloud Storage. With thousands of users already using SFTP Gateway for cloud file transfers through the AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Marketplaces, the launch on Alibaba Cloud marks a significant expansion into new markets, with Alibaba ranking first among cloud service providers in Asia Pacific, according to Gartner.

With SFTP Gateway, users connect using the SFTP client of their choice. All data is streamed directly to a company’s private cloud storage locations, and access is granted only to users with admin-generated credentials.
Third parties, including Thorn Technologies, cannot access a company’s cloud environment, deployed SFTP Gateway instance, or data.
