New SFTP Gateway Product Tiers Effective with Version 3.6

New SFTP Gateway Product Tiers

We’re excited to announce an upcoming SFTP Gateway product feature to support our growing customer base. We’re introducing new SFTP Gateway product tiers that will allow us to better meet our customers’ diverse needs.

This change will take effect with Version 3.6, and will offer more flexibility based on your organization’s specific requirements while allowing us to provide the best customer experience.

Introducing New SFTP Gateway Product Tiers with v3.6

Starting with SFTP Gateway version 3.6, we will offer three distinct product tiers—Standard, Professional, and Enterprise—so that you can choose the option that best suits your business needs:

Standard Tier: Priced at $0.07 per instance per hour, this version is ideal for smaller deployments with up to five SFTP users and single-instance configurations. This version includes free email support from our dedicated Support Team.

Professional Tier: At $0.15 per instance per hour, this option is designed for medium-sized deployments and includes support for High Availability (HA). It allows up to 100 SFTP users and includes advanced support with video and screen share troubleshooting.

Enterprise Tier: Tailored for larger organizations, the Enterprise version supports an unlimited number of users and is priced at $0.40 per instance per hour, with additional fees based on user volume. It also includes advanced enterprise-grade features and enhanced support options.

What’s Changing and What’s Not with SFTP Gateway Plans

If you’re using SFTP Gateway in a way that fits within the Standard tier, your costs will remain the same. You will continue to pay 7 cents an hour plus your cloud infrastructure costs.

For organizations needing greater scalability, high availability, and advanced features, the new Professional and Enterprise tiers will provide more options to align with their needs, reducing risk for business-critical production deployments.

These changes will not affect the SaaS version of SFTP Gateway, known as the Single User Plan.
